Camps Logistics

AM Camp Times

  • Drop off time - 8:50 AM
  • Camp start time - 9:00 AM
  • Camp end time - 11:00 AM
  • Pick up time - 11:00 AM

PM Camp Times

  • Drop off time - 11:20 AM
  • Camp start time - 11:30 AM
  • Camp end time - 1:30 PM
  • Pick up time - 1:30 PM

Drop Off and Pick Up Placard

Each participant will be issued a Camp Name Placard to assist with swift Drop Off & Pick Up processes. Placards will be required for drop off and pickup. Please have your placard printed and ready when you arrive for drop off and pickup! This will ensure a fast & efficient check-in and dismissal process.

Drop Off Process

The Check-In window for each Camp Day is specified above. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. The AM Camp segment will commence at 9:00 AM sharp and the PM Camp segment will commence at 11:30AM sharp! If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the court.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted onto the field to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process

Please have your placard ready when you arrive for pick-up! This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process. Whoever arrives at Pick Up (Mom/Dad/Grandma/Babysitter/Friend’s Parent) must have a version of the Name Placard for your participant(s) to present to the Camp Director.

Participants will not be dismissed without visual confirmation of the placard. Please make sure to share a hard copy or digital version with whoever will be picking up your participant.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to the COPA Training Center located at 2640 Shadelands Dr, Walnut Creek CA. There is ample parking on all sides of the building.

Check In: Players will enter the building through the front entrance (a circulating soccer ball marks the doors- you can't miss it!) Once you have entered the building you will go directly up the main staircase and to the back far corner of the facility to the Futsal Arena. (We can have signage to help direct). Check-in will take place at the entry to futsal. All Volleyball camp activities will take place in the Futsal Arena of COPA STC.

Spectator Guidance: There will be bleachers available for spectators around the futsal arena courts. COPA has no specific requirements about spectators attending. There are limited areas in the facility to eat/drink as other camps will be taking place. Portable chairs are ok. Service animals must follow CA guidelines.

Bathrooms: There are two all-gendered bathrooms directly outside the Futsal Arena where camp will take place. There are additional multi-stall bathrooms to the left of the main stairwell players will enter and exit from. Additionally there are more multi-stall bathrooms by our turf arena downstairs- but these will be less accessible.

Snack/Drink Policy: No food or beverages aside from water should be taken into the futsal arena.

Additional Information: Other camps will be taking place in the building. Please do not move into other spaces as they may be being utilized by other groups. Our front desk will have very minimal information about the NextLevel Camp. Please make sure to avoid confusion that any camp specific questions be directed to your camp staff. We do have an elevator that opens directly to the Futsal Arena, if needed. This elevator is only available with heads up notification.
