Camps Logistics

Camp Times AM Segment 4th/5th/6th Grade (9:00AM - 11:00AM)

• Normal drop off time - 8:50 AM
• Camp start time - 9:00 AM
• Camp end time - 11:00 AM
• Normal pick up time - 11:00 AM

PM Segment 7th/8th/9th Grade (11:30AM - 1:30PM)

• Normal drop off time - 11:20 AM
• Camp start time - 11:30 AM
• Camp end time - 1:30 PM
• Normal pick up time - 1:30 PM

Drop Off Process (NEW for 2025)

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be 10 mins before your camp start time. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at the designated start time. If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the camp area. All Drop Offs will require physically approaching the Check In Table. There are no longer carpool lanes.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted or directed to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process (NEW for 2025)

Please have your Photo ID available for pick up. All Authorized Pick Up Person(s) are required to show Photo ID for pick up, unless your child has been approved for Self-Release this year. This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to Tracy Boys and Girls club located at 753 W Lowell Ave, Tracy, CA 95376. Please enter off of W Lowell Ave and park in the rear parking lot, in back of the club. Additional parking is available at the Monte Vista Middle School (see map).

Check In: After you park, please check in to the camp just outside the employee parking lot. The gate will be open and a table likely present to identify the check in area.

Spectator Guidance: Parents can stay if they would like but must remain in the viewing area of camp.

Bathrooms: The restrooms are located in the hallway outside of the gymnasium.

Snack/Drink Policy: No food or drink permitted in the gymnasium. Water is allowed.

Additional Notes: A reminder there are staff working. Please be mindful of noise level in the hallway of the club.
