Camps Logistics

Camp Times

  • Drop off time - 11:50 AM
  • Camp start time - 12:00 PM
  • Camp end time - 2:00 PM
  • Pick up time - 2:00 PM

Drop Off Process (NEW for 2025)

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be 10 mins before your camp start time. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at the designated start time. If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the camp area. All Drop Offs will require physically approaching the Check In Table. There are no longer carpool lanes.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted or directed to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process (NEW for 2025)

__Please have your Photo ID available for pick up. All Authorized Pick Up Person(s) are required to show Photo ID for pick up, unless your child has been approved for Self-Release this year. __This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process.

Facility Guidance

Drop-Off Area: Please come to Serra HS located at 451 W 20th Avenue, San Mateo. Drop off will take place in along 20th Ave. starting 30 minutes prior to camp kick-off. Please pull up along 20th Ave. and drop off your camper, as far down toward Stratford way as allowable. Players will then be escorted up to the field in an orderly fashion.

Pick-Up Area: At the conclusion of Camp, participants will be escorted to Mary's Courtyard where they will be held until released to parents. Parents will pull into the Stratford lot as identified on the map and released to parents in their vehicle to continue on. Parents will exit the Stratford lot and head toward 22nd street. There is NO Parking.

Spectator Guidance: It is highly recommended parents do not stay for camp due to the significant restrictions in parking availability around campus.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms located on the school side of the stands.

Snack/Drink Policy: Water is available. Most folks bring their own beverages.
