Camps Logistics

Camp Times - Flag Football Morning Session

• Early drop off time* - 8:30 AM
• Normal drop off time - 8:50 AM
• Camp start time - 9:00 AM
• Camp end time - 12:00 PM
• Normal pick up time - 12:00 PM
• Late pick up time* - 12:30 PM

*Early drop off and late pick up times must have been purchased ahead of time during registration.

Camp Times - Basketball Afternoon Session

• Early drop off time* - 12:30 PM
• Normal drop off time - 12:50 PM
• Camp start time - 1:00 PM
• Camp end time - 4:00 PM
• Normal pick up time - 4:00 PM
• Late pick up time* - 4:30 PM

Drop Off and Pick Up Placard

Each participant will be issued a Camp Name Placard to assist with swift Drop Off & Pick Up processes. Placards will be required for drop off and pickup. Please have your placard printed and ready when you arrive for drop off and pickup! This will ensure a fast & efficient check-in and dismissal process.

Drop Off Process

The Check-In window for each Camp Day is listed above unless early drop off was purchased during registration. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence immediately at their designated start times above! If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the field/court.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted onto the field to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process

Please have your placard ready when you arrive for pick-up! This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process. Whoever arrives at Pick Up (Mom/Dad/Grandma/Babysitter/Friend’s Parent) must have a version of the Name Placard for your participant(s) to present to the Camp Director.

Participants will not be dismissed without visual confirmation of the placard. Please make sure to share a hard copy or digital version with whoever will be picking up your participant.

Facility Guidance

Basketball Arrival Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to Hillsdale High School located at 3115 Del Monte St. San Mateo, CA 94403. Please park in the parking lot off 31st Ave.

Check In: After you park, please locate the Check-in area between the auditorium and grass field area.

Spectator Guidance: We prefer for families to drop off and depart.

Bathrooms: Restrooms are located in the gym lobby.

Snack/Drink Policy: All campers are highly encouraged to bring water bottle. Snacks can be eaten outside the gym.

Flag Football Arrival Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to Hillsdale High School located at 3115 Del Monte St, San Mateo, CA 94403. Please enter the parking lot off of the Alameda, on the southeast corner of campus. Refer to map below for arrival points.

Check In: The Camp Check-In Area will be located at the fence entrance to the Football Stadium, adjacent to the parking lot. Once you enter the parking lot, the Check-In Table will be to the right.

Spectator Guidance: Parents/Guardians are more than welcome to stay for camp. Spectators are to remain off of the field, and can find seating in either bleachers. If younger siblings are present, please keep them with you and do not let them wander throughout the facilities or onto the field/track areas.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are located near the concessions area, to the left as you enter the Stadium from the Check-In area. They are labeled on the Facility Map.

Snack/Drink Policy: Snacks/Beverages are fine at camp, but must all food must be consumed in the bleachers if a snack break is desired. Only water is allowed on the field, no sugary beverages.

Additional Guidance: No animals are allowed on campus - only service pets. Please be sure to print our your Name Placard and have at Pick Up each day. We ask that you please form a line if you are picking up your camper on foot for a clean checkout system. If you are in your vehicle, please have your name placard on your dashboard and form a line starting at the Check-In Table.
