Camps Logistics

Camp Times

• Early drop off time* - 8:30 AM
• Normal drop off time - 8:50 AM
• Camp start time - 9:00 AM
• Camp end time - 12:00 PM
• Normal pick up time - 12:00 PM
• Late pick up time* - 12:30 PM

*Early drop off and late pick up times must have been purchased ahead of time during registration.

Drop-Off Process (NEW for 2025)

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be 10 mins before your camp start time. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at the designated start time. If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the camp area. All Drop Offs will require physically approaching the Check In Table. There are no longer carpool lanes.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted or directed to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick-Up Process (NEW for 2025)

Please have your Photo ID available for pick up. All Authorized Pick Up Person(s) are required to show Photo ID for pick up, unless your child has been approved for Self-Release this year. This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: Parking is available on the street proximate to the field/stadium. There is also a small parking lot within the complex which you are welcome to park in, just off Cherry Avenue.

Check In: Please enter the stadium off of Cherry Avenue - this is noted as the Check In on the map.

Spectator Guidance: Parents will be allowed to view the camp from the stadium bleachers ONLY. Spectators are not allowed on the field or track areas.

Bathrooms: Restrooms are located to the right, just as you enter the stadium area.

Pets: Please no dogs or other pets unless they are service dogs.
