Camps Logistics

Flag Football Camp Times

• Early drop off time* - 8:30 AM
• Normal drop off time - 8:50 AM
• Camp start time - 9:00 AM
• Camp end time - 12:00 PM
• Normal pick up time - 12:00 PM
• Late pick up time* - 12:30 PM

*Early drop off and late pick up times must have been purchased ahead of time during registration.

Basketball Camp Times

• Early drop off time* - 12:30 PM
• Normal drop off time - 12:50 PM
• Camp start time - 1:00 PM
• Camp end time - 4:00 PM
• Normal pick up time - 4:00 PM
• Late pick up time* - 4:30 PM

*Early drop off and late pick up times must have been purchased ahead of time during registration.

Drop Off Process (NEW for 2025)

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be 10 mins before your camp start time. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at the designated start time. If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the camp area. All Drop Offs will require physically approaching the Check In Table. There are no longer carpool lanes.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted or directed to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process (NEW for 2025)

Please have your Photo ID available for pick up. All Authorized Pick Up Person(s) are required to show Photo ID for pick up, unless your child has been approved for Self-Release this year. This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process.

Facility Guidance

Flag Football Arrival Guidance:

Parking Area: Please come to Palma School located at 919 Iverson St, Salinas, CA. Drop-off and pick up will be by the main gate in the main parking lot.

Check In: Check-in will be located near the main gate (see map).

Spectator Guidance: Parents are allowed to be on campus and watch camp. Seating will be in the stands or they may walk the track.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are located in the D Wing of the campus nearest the North end zone. Additional porta-potties may be available.

Snack/Drink Policy: Snacks are permitted. If they are eating snacks, they must not be on the field or the track. There will be a designated lunch area for campers staying for both flag football and basketball.

Construction Note: Please note there will be significant construction located around the facility. Please be careful when entering and leaving the parking area.

Basketball Arrival Guidance:

Check In: Check-in will be located near the main gate (see map). All Basketball Camp Activity will take place on the track north of the football-field end zone.

Spectator Guidance: Parents are more than welcome to stay for the camp. Standing area off the track is available for spectators to observe camp.
