Camps Logistics

Flag Football Camp Times

• Early drop off time* - 8:30 AM
• Normal drop off time - 8:50 AM
• Camp start time - 9:00 AM
• Camp end time - 12:00 PM
• Normal pick up time - 12:00 PM
• Late pick up time* - 12:30 PM

*Early drop off and Late pick up times must have been purchased ahead of time during registration.

Basketball Camp Times

• Normal drop off time - 12:20 PM
• Camp start time - 12:30 PM
• Camp end time - 3:30 PM
• Normal pick up time - 3:30 PM

Drop Off Process (NEW for 2025)

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be 10 mins before your camp start time. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at the designated start time. If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the camp area. All Drop Offs will require physically approaching the Check In Table. There are no longer carpool lanes.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted or directed to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process (NEW for 2025)

__Please have your Photo ID available for pick up. All Authorized Pick Up Person(s) are required to show Photo ID for pick up, unless your child has been approved for Self-Release this year. __This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to Flamson Middle School located at 2405 Spring St, Paso Robles, CA 93446. See map for parking area.

Check In: After parking in the designated area go towards the stadium (Flag Camp) and the Gymnasium (Basketball Camp) - see map for visual aid. Flag: Walk up the main entry ramp and the check in table will be located next to the ticket booth on the guest bleacher side of the stadium. Basketball: Check in will be located in front of the gymnasium.

Spectator Guidance: Parents are welcomed to watch the camp, but must do so from either the guest or home side bleachers, or inside the gymnasium. No dogs will be allowed. No lounge chairs and parents are not allowed on the grass area. Pop-up canopies are allowed, but must be set up at the top of the bleachers to not block other’s view.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are located in the North west corner of the stadium near the snackbar for Flag Football camp. For Basketball camp, bathrooms are located inside the gymnasium.

Other Guidance: No alcoholic beverages, smoking, or vaping. No pets are allowed in the stadium.
