Camps Logistics

Camp Location:

• June Camp will be held in the Stadium.
• July Camp will be held in the North Lawn on Brother Conrad Way.

Camp Times

• Early drop off time* - 8:30 AM
• Normal drop off time - 8:50 AM
• Camp start time - 9:00 AM
• Camp end time - 12:00 PM
• Normal pick up time - 12:00 PM
• Late pick up time* - 12:30 PM

*Early drop off and late pick up times must have been purchased ahead of time during registration.

Drop Off Process (NEW for 2025)

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be 10 mins before your camp start time. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at the designated start time. If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the camp area. All Drop Offs will require physically approaching the Check In Table. There are no longer carpool lanes.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted or directed to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process (NEW for 2025)

Please have your Photo ID available for pick up. All Authorized Pick Up Person(s) are required to show Photo ID for pick up, unless your child has been approved for Self-Release this year. This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process.

Facility Guidance

Please Note: The Map has been updated to reflect the North Field location for July's Camp week.

Parking Area: Justin-Siena High School located at 4026 Maher St, Napa, CA 94558. Please park in the lot adjacent to the field for the JUNE Camp. The July camp will be located on the North Field with parking adjacent to the North Field (see map).

Check In: Once parked, please head toward the stadium for the June camp. Check in will be located adjacent to the fields each camp week. All camp activity is located in the stadium for JUNE, but will be on the North Field in July.

Spectator Guidance: Parents can stay and watch. Spectators can observe camp from off the field/in bleachers, etc.

Bathrooms: Please see map for the restroom locations.

Snack/Drink Policy: Food and drink is permitted. Please ensure you pick up any and all trash to maintain a clean environment.
