Camps Logistics

Camp Times

• Early drop off* - 10:30 AM
• Normal drop off time - 10:50 AM
• Camp start time - 11:00 AM
• Camp end time - 2:00 PM
• Normal pick up time - 2:00 PM
• Late pick up time* - 2:30 PM

*Early Drop off and Late pick up time must have been purchased ahead of time during registration.

Drop Off Process (NEW for 2025)

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be 10 mins before your camp start time. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at the designated start time. If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the camp area. All Drop Offs will require physically approaching the Check In Table. There are no longer carpool lanes.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted or directed to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process (NEW for 2025)

Please have your Photo ID available for pick up. All Authorized Pick Up Person(s) are required to show Photo ID for pick up, unless your child has been approved for Self-Release this year. This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to Los Gatos High School, 20 High School Ct, Los Gatos CA 95030. Parking lot drop off will be in the back of the school, near the football field.

Check In: Check in will be located just in front of the football stadium entrance. Due to the number of registrants, camp will be split into two locations (See map for specifics):

1st/2nd/3rd Graders: Camp will be held on Helm field

4th/5th & 6th/7th Graders: Camp will be held on the Baseball field.

Spectator Guidance: Parents should meet at the check in area to drop their child off, regardless of their grade level. Parents are welcome to stay and observe camp, but we ask that parents are not on the camp field and can watch from surrounding areas.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are located on either side of the snack shack, on the home side of the stadium.

Snack/Drink Policy: Campers should bring a small snack, and a water bottle. Some water will be provided for the campers.
