Camps Logistics

Camp Times

• Normal drop off time - 7:50 AM
• Camp start time - 8:00 AM
• Camp end time - 11:00 AM
• Normal pick up time - 11:00 AM
• Late pick up time* - 11:30 AM

*Late Pickup must have been purchased ahead of time during registration.

Drop Off Process (NEW for 2025)

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be 10 mins before your camp start time. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at the designated start time. If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the camp area. All Drop Offs will require physically approaching the Check In Table. There are no longer carpool lanes.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted or directed to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process (NEW for 2025)

Please have your Photo ID available for pick up. All Authorized Pick Up Person(s) are required to show Photo ID for pick up, unless your child has been approved for Self-Release this year. This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to Faith Lutheran Middle School & High School Located 2015 S Hualapai Way, Las Vegas, NV 89117. Continue on driving and turn right, to head north between the baseball field and football field. Parking is available on either side of the roadway underneath the parking structures.

Check In: After you park, please locate the Check-In area near the south-east corner of the Soccer Field. All Camp Activity will take place on the soccer field and adjacent 50yd field this summer. Once checked in, parents may continue on north to depart, heading past the soccer field (see map).

Spectator Guidance: Parents are welcome to stay and watch. Please sit in the designated bleachers/seating area on the soccer field. If you are dropping off your camper, please walk them to the check in area.

Bathrooms: The bathrooms are located at the north end of the football field.

Snack/Drink Policy: The campers are allowed to bring their own snacks and water (beverage). There will be a small break where they may snack if desired. There will be trash cans located around the field for them to throw away items when finished.
