Camp Times - Flag Football Morning Session

• Normal drop off time - 8:50 AM
• Camp start time - 9:00 AM
• Camp end time - 12:00 PM
• Normal pick up time - 12:00 PM

Camp Times - Flag Football Afternoon Session

• Normal drop off time - 12:20 PM
• Camp start time - 12:30 PM
• Camp end time - 3:30 PM
• Normal pick up time - 3:30 PM

Drop Off and Pick Up Placard

Each participant will be issued a Camp Name Placard to assist with swift Drop Off & Pick Up processes. Placards will be required for drop off and pickup. Please have your placard printed and ready when you arrive for drop off and pickup! This will ensure a fast & efficient check-in and dismissal process.

Drop Off Process

The Check-In window for each Camp Day is listed above.. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence immediately at their designated start times above! If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the field/court.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted onto the field/court to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process

Please have your placard ready when you arrive for pick-up! This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process. Whoever arrives at Pick Up (Mom/Dad/Grandma/Babysitter/Friend’s Parent) must have a version of the Name Placard for your participant(s) to present to the Camp Director.

Participants will not be dismissed without visual confirmation of the placard. Please make sure to share a hard copy or digital version with whoever will be picking up your participant.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to Marin Catholic High School, located at 675 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, Kentfield, CA 94904. Refer to map below for arrival points.

Check In: Once you entire the Marin Catholic parking lot, proceed down the middle aisle of the lot towards the Football Field. The Check-In Area will be located at the end of the parking lot, along the fenced entrance to the Football Field. Refer to the map for exact location.

Spectator Guidance: Parents/Guardians are more than welcome to stay for camp. Spectators are to remain off of the field, and can use the stadium stands next to the parking lot for seating. If younger siblings are present, please keep them with you and do not let them wander throughout the facilities or onto the field/track areas.

Bathrooms: Restrooms for campers are located under the main bleachers on the west side of the field. If your camper needs to use the restroom at any time, please have them tell their camp counselor and they will be escorted.

Snack/Drink Policy: Campers may bring their own water bottles/hydration/snacks as necessary. All snacks are to be consumed in the bleachers and NOT on the Field/Track surfaces.

Other Guidance: We will also be using the Baseball Field for some parts of camp. We will make sure all camp groups get equal time in the Football Stadium. If you cannot locate your camper on the Football Field, they are on the Baseball Field. No animals are allowed on campus - only service pets.
