Camps Logistics

Camp Times

  • Early drop off time* - 8:30 AM
  • Normal drop off time - 8:50 AM
  • Camp start time - 9:00 AM
  • Camp end time - 12:00 PM
  • Normal pick up time - 12:00 PM
  • Late pick up time* - 12:30 PM

*Early drop off and late pick up times must have been purchased ahead of time during registration.

Drop Off and Pick Up Placard

Each participant will be issued a Camp Name Placard to assist with swift Drop Off & Pick Up processes. Placards will be required for drop off and pickup. Please have your placard printed and ready when you arrive for drop off and pickup! This will ensure a fast & efficient check-in and dismissal process.

Drop Off Process

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be from 8:50 AM to 9:00 AM unless early drop off was purchased during registration. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at 9:00 AM sharp! If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the field.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted onto the field to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process

Please have your placard ready when you arrive for pick-up! This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process. Whoever arrives at Pick Up (Mom/Dad/Grandma/Babysitter/Friend’s Parent) must have a version of the Name Placard for your participant(s) to present to the Camp Director.

Participants will not be dismissed without visual confirmation of the placard. Please make sure to share a hard copy or digital version with whoever will be picking up your participant.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to 11761 Ridge Road, Grass Valley CA 95945. Enter the facility and continue on through to the back of campus directly to Hoover Stadium. Parents can park in the lower parking lot closest to the stadium (See map).

Check In: Check in area will be at the main entrance to the stadium gates. All camp activity will be held on the stadium field (see map for details)

Spectator Guidance: Parents are welcome to stay for the camp and watch camp from the bleachers.

Bathrooms: Public bathrooms will be open and accessible in the stadium and are located on the east end of the field.

Snack/Drink Policy: Water and Ice will be available to all campers. Snacks are not provided, but players are encouraged to bring a snack. This must be eaten off the field.
