3543 Bellaire Dr N. Fort Worth, TX 76109
The map indicates points of arrival as well as our practice and game areas within the facility.
Arrival Note - Week 1: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled practice time. Please allow enough time to navigate to your designated field area. For our Week 1 programming, the following Grade Divisions will be assigned to the following game field locations (please consult the attached maps for field layout):
- Game Fields 1-4 (Practice Fields) 1st Grade Division, 3rd Grade Division, 5th Grade Division
- Game Fields 5-8 (Stadium Fields) Kinder Division, 2nd Grade Division, 4th Grade Division, 6th Grade Division
NOTE: Grade Divisions will rotate their location on a weekly basis - except the 6th Grade Division as all activity will be held on the Stadium Fields unless otherwise noted.
Parking Area: You can access the designated Parking Areas (shown in map) from Bellaire Dr. North. All Parking Areas are listed there for families to utilize. Of note, access to Game Fields 1-4 (Practice Fields) can ONLY be accessed either via the ramp from Bellaire Drive or via transiting through the TCU Indoor facility.
Facility Entrance: From the Parking Area please make your way to the TCU Practice Fields OR TCU Stadium Fields, depending on where your activity is located for the day. See the map for direct visual access to both field entrances. Each week, grade division groupings will rotate between the stadium and practice fields, so all players can experience both program locations.
Bathrooms: For Stadium Fields 5-8, bathrooms are also located on the Southwest corner of the Stadium. For Practice Fields 1-4, portable bathrooms will be present for bathroom access just outside of the TCU Indoor near the Practice Field areas. Unfortunately, due to the current construction activity, access to internal bathrooms is not available.
Spectator Guidance: Spectators may view games from the peripheral areas around the TCU Practice Fields AND the TCU Stadium Bleachers only, depending on where you program activity is for the day. No spectators are permitted directly on either set of fields; only parent volunteer, student head coach mentors and players. No portable seating/pop-up chairs are permitted in the facility. If there are any concerns, please approach staff conversationally and not confrontationally - no one is trying to make a bad call or impact a game in favor of one team or another. Please seek out the program director with any immediate/urgent matters. Please ensure you pick up any trash, bottles, etc and discard in the appropriate containers.
Pets: Dogs or other animals are not allowed in the facility. The only exception is for service dogs.
Important Notes:
Locations: When checking the Next Level App, please pay special attention to your game field assignments. Should your team be participating on Fields 1-4, you are on the Practice Fields. If assigned to Fields 5-8, you are in the stadium.
Construction: The practice field area is an active construction zone with fencing, which is limiting access to the core construction areas. The areas are of course off limits to our participating families and we ask that all attendees be courteous and respectful to these areas.
Practice Field (Fields 1-4) Access: Due to continued construction of the Athletic/Football Facility expansion, access to the Practice Field area is limited from the down ramp off Bellaire Drive and via transit through the TCU Indoor facility. PLEASE ALLOW FOR EXTRA TIME TO TRANSIT TO THIS FIELD AREA as our access point for the area has been limited.
