Camps Logistics

Camp Times

• Drop off time - 12:50 PM
• Camp start time - 1:00 PM
• Camp end time - 3:00 PM
• Pick up time - 3:00 PM

Drop Off Process

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be from 12:50 PM to 1:00 PM. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at 1:00 PM sharp! If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the field.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted onto the field to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process

Pick up will take place at the conclusion of camp, promptly at 3:00PM. Please arrive ready to pick up your child at the designated time.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: The address of the Sam Baugh Indoor complex is 3000 Stadium Dr, Fort Worth TX 76109. The parking lot is in front of the complex.

Check In: The check in table for the Athletic Performance Camp will be located at the stairs of the entrance to the indoor facility, near the middle of the building and parking lot.

Spectator Guidance: Due to the lack of space inside of the indoor facility, we are not allowing spectators for the program.

Bathrooms: There are restrooms located inside of the indoor facility.

Drink Policy: All campers should bring their own water bottle for the day.
