Program Times
Drop Off Process
The Check-In window each day will be from 9:50 to 10:00 AM. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. The Program will commence at 10:00 AM sharp! If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the field.
Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their OTA Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted onto the field to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.
Pick Up Process
At the conclusion of the OTA, all participants will be escorted back to the Check-In area where they can be picked up.

The map indicates points of arrival for the upcoming program.
Parking Area: From Danville Blvd, turn onto Railroad Ave. After turning onto Railroad Ave, quickly turn right onto Love Lane. From Love Lane, please turn into the SRVHS Parking lot, and continue to the back lot where you will see the Next Level Check-in Area.
Check In: Check in table will be located near the baseball/softball fields. See map. Participants will be escorted to the field. If you are running late to camp please be prepared to escort your child to the designated Camp Field.
Spectator Guidance: Parents may observe camp if they wish and can watch camp from off the field (track/bleacher area).
Bathrooms: If a camper has to use the restroom, they will be escorted by camp staff to the nearest restroom available, and escorted back.
Snack/Drink Policy: Snacks are permitted. A reminder to keep the site/fields clean and discard all trash.
