Camps Logistics

Program Dates

• December 1st, 8th and 15th

Program Times

• Drop off time - 2:20 PM
• OTA start time - 2:30 PM
• OTA end time - 5:00 PM
• Pick up time - 5:00 PM

Drop Off Process

The Check-In window each day will be from 2:20 to 2:30 PM. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. The program will commence at 2:309 PM sharp!

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their OTA Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted onto the field to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pickup Process

At the conclusion of the OTA, all participants will be escorted back to the Check-In area where they can be picked up.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: The school address is 3131 Stone Valley Road, Danville CA 94526. We will have check in/out for campers down at the main entrance to the stadium. If you turn at the light into the parking lot the best place to park is in front of the tennis courts or next to the pool. They can then walk down to the stadium by following the tennis courts down.

Check In: We will have the check in/out at the entrance to the stadium. Follow the road down between the tennis courts and the blacktop to the main stadium entrance.

Spectator Guidance: Spectators are fine. We ask that they stay in the bleachers.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are located behind the snack shack on the parking lot side of the stadium.

Snack/Drink Policy: There are no rules for food or drink. We will have garbage cans available and a couple of water jugs down there as well for the campers.
