Camps Logistics

Camp Times

• Normal drop off time - 11:50 AM
• Camp start time - 12:00 PM
• Camp end time - 3:00 PM
• Normal pick up time - 3:00 PM

Drop Off and Pick Up Placard

Each participant will be issued a Camp Name Placard to assist with swift Drop Off & Pick Up processes. Placards will be required for drop off and pickup. Please have your placard printed and ready when you arrive for drop off and pickup! This will ensure a fast & efficient check-in and dismissal process.

Drop Off Process

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be from 11:50 AM to 12:00 PM. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at 12:00 PM sharp! If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the field.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted onto the field to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process

Please have your placard ready when you arrive for pick-up! This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process. Whoever arrives at Pick Up (Mom/Dad/Grandma/Babysitter/Friend’s Parent) must have a version of the Name Placard for your participant(s) to present to the Camp Director.

Participants will not be dismissed without visual confirmation of the placard. Please make sure to share a hard copy or digital version with whoever will be picking up your participant.

The map indicates check-in and drop off areas as well as our practice and game areas within the facility.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: The school address is 3131 Stone Valley Road, Danville CA 94526. We will have check in/out for campers down near the restrooms. If you turn at the light into the parking lot the best place to park is in front of the tennis courts or next to the pool. They can then walk down to the stadium by following map.

Check In: We will have the check in/out near the restrooms at the sports complex.

Spectator Guidance: Spectators are fine. We ask that they stay in the bleachers.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are located behind the snack shack on the parking lot side of the stadium.

Snack/Drink Policy: There are no rules for food or drink. We will have garbage cans available and recommend campers bring a bottle of water.
