Camps Logistics

Camp Times

  • Early drop off time* - 8:30 AM
  • Normal drop off time - 8:50 AM
  • Camp start time - 9:00 AM
  • Camp end time - 12:00 PM
  • Normal pick up time - 12:00 PM
  • Late pick up time* - 12:30 PM

*Early drop off and late pick up times must have been purchased ahead of time during registration.

Drop Off Process (NEW for 2025)

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be 10 mins before your camp start time. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at the designated start time. If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the camp area. All Drop Offs will require physically approaching the Check In Table. There are no longer carpool lanes.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted or directed to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process (NEW for 2025)

__Please have your Photo ID available for pick up. All Authorized Pick Up Person(s) are required to show Photo ID for pick up, unless your child has been approved for Self-Release this year. __This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to Liberty High School, located at 850 2nd Street, Brentwood, CA 94513. Park in the student parking lot located on Oak Street.

Check In: Please follow the drop off/pick up pathway to the stadium entrance (see map). Camp Check In will be located at the gate in the North East Parking lot by the Snack Bar.

Spectator Guidance: Spectators will be allowed to watch the camp activity from the stadium bleachers. No spectators are permitted on the field or track. There is NO smoking allowed the stadium and Pets are NOT permitted on campus.

Bathrooms: Bathrooms are located behind the snack bar near the stadium entrance.

Food/Drink Policy: Snacks and water/sports drinks are encouraged. Water jugs will also be available to refill water bottles.
