Camps Logistics

Camp Times

• Drop off time - 11:20 AM
• Camp start time - 11:30 AM
• Camp end time - 1:30 PM
• Pick up time - 1:30 PM

Drop Off Process (NEW for 2025)

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be 10 mins before your camp start time. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at the designated start time. If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the camp area. All Drop Offs will require physically approaching the Check In Table. There are no longer carpool lanes.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted or directed to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process (NEW for 2025)

Please have your Photo ID available for pick up. All Authorized Pick Up Person(s) are required to show Photo ID for pick up, unless your child has been approved for Self-Release this year. This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to Notre Dame High School, located at 1540 Ralston Ave, Belmont, CA 94002. From Ralston Ave. turn into the Notre Dame High School main entrance. Refer to the attached map for specific entry points.

Check In: Continue down the one-way entrance road - you can access parking on the left side as you head toward campus, and there is excess parking in the back. After parking, please escort your camper to the Check-In Area located in the foyer by the Gymnasium.

Spectator Guidance: Parents are welcome to stay for camp. There are few rows of bleachers for seating in the gym. We ask that you please keep all younger siblings with you in the stands and not to allow them to roam the facilities unsupervised. Please make sure to pick up all garbage you may have.

Bathrooms: Restrooms for campers are located inside the Gym area.

Snack/Drink Policy: Campers are to bring their own water bottles/hydration as necessary. No food is allowed in the Gym.
