Camps Logistics

Camp Times - Morning Session

• Drop off time - 8:45 AM
• Camp start time - 9:00 AM
• Camp end time - 11:00 AM
• Pick up time - 11:00 AM

Camp Times - Afternoon Session

• Drop off time - 11:15 AM
• Camp start time - 11:30 AM
• Camp end time - 1:30 PM
• Pick up time - 1:30 PM

Drop Off and Pick Up Placard

Each participant will be issued a Camp Name Placard to assist with swift Drop Off & Pick Up processes. Placards will be required for drop off and pickup. Please have your placard printed and ready when you arrive for drop off and pickup! This will ensure a fast & efficient check-in and dismissal process.

Drop Off Process

The Check-In window for each Camp Day is specified above. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at 9:00 AM (Morning Session) and 11:30 AM (Afternoon Session) sharp! If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the court.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted into the gym to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process

Please have your placard ready when you arrive for pick-up! This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process. Whoever arrives at Pick Up (Mom/Dad/Grandma/Babysitter/Friend’s Parent) must have a version of the Name Placard for your participant(s) to present to the Camp Director.

Participants will not be dismissed without visual confirmation of the placard. Please make sure to share a hard copy or digital version with whoever will be picking up your participant.

Facility Guidance

Parking Area: Please come to Notre Dame High School, located at 1540 Ralston Ave, Belmont, CA 94002. From Ralston Ave. turn into the Notre Dame High School main entrance. Refer to the attached map for specific entry points.

Check In: Continue down the one-way entrance road - you can access parking on the left side as you head toward campus, and there is excess parking in the back. After parking, please escort your camper to the Check-In Area located in the foyer by the Gymnasium.

Spectator Guidance: Parents are welcome to stay for camp. There are few rows of bleachers for seating in the gym. We ask that you please keep all younger siblings with you in the stands and not to allow them to roam the facilities unsupervised. Please make sure to pick up all garbage you may have.

Bathrooms: Restrooms for campers are located inside the Gym area.

Snack/Drink Policy: Campers are to bring their own water bottles/hydration as necessary. No food is allowed in the Gym.

Additional Guidance: For Pick-Up, please form a line in your vehicle, with the Name Placard visible on the dash board. Please be patient, as we want to have a safe & secure pickup process. If for any reason you are on foot for pickup, please be prepared to show your Name Placard.

There is also a lot of construction on Ralston Ave and the company is parking equipment/trucks on campus so it can get a bit congested pulling in.
