Camps Logistics

Camp Times

• Early drop off time - 11:30 AM
• Normal drop off time - 11:50 AM
• Camp start time - 12:00 PM
• Camp end time - 2:00 PM
• Normal pick up time - 2:00 PM
• Late pick up time* - 2:30 PM

*Early Drop Off and/or Late Pickup must have been purchased ahead of time during registration.

Drop Off Process

The Check-In window for each Camp Day will be 10 mins before your camp start time. Please see the arrival map for the designated Drop-Off and Check-In area. Camp will commence at the designated start time. If you are running late, please be prepared to escort your participant to the camp area. All Drop Offs will require physically approaching the Check In Table. There are no longer carpool lanes.

Upon receipt at the Check-In area, your participant(s) will receive their Camp Shirt (in Team Color). From there, your participant(s) will be escorted or directed to their respective Team areas, where they will be supervised by our Next Level High School Student-Athlete Coaches.

Pick Up Process

Please have your Photo ID available for pick up. All Authorized Pick Up Person(s) are required to show Photo ID for pick up, unless your child has been approved for Self-Release this year. This will ensure a fast & efficient dismissal process.

Facility Guidance

Parking Areas Please come to Placer High School Football Field located at 275 Orange Street, Auburn, CA 95603.  Park in the lot adjacent to Stadium Way and Agard Street or utilize street parking. 

Camp Check In: After you park, please enter through the open gate on the Home Team Stands. Camp Check In will be located at this entrance to the stadium.

Spectator Guidance Any parents looking to stay and watch camp must remain in the Home Team Stands at all times. Please no spectators on the track or field. Spectators can bring snacks and beverages. There is absolutely No Alcohol or Tobacco allowed on the premises.  Please be respectful and ensure all trash is cleaned up and disposed of in one of the multiple garbage cans. Service Animals are allowed but must stay on the top of the stadium stands at all times on flat surface.

Bathrooms Men and Women's bathrooms are located on the South-end of the stadium, as the bathrooms are attached to the Snack Bar.
